Remember the "Code Red", "Code Yellow" Terrorist threat alerts? There were countless alerts like that prior to Bush's reelection....have you seen even one since then??

Ask Bush and the Republican party. I remember the candy colored threat alerts were pretty effective...threat level is red..be extra alert today they would say.
So naturally ask..be alert or be afraid of what? They would say anything unusual..ok..clearly a Bush admin tactic to increase anxiety and fear. They figured out that a fearful America yields less focus on domestic issues, less questions about authority and a favors the GOP..a fearLESS society wants better schools, healthcare, better roads etc. for which this admin has no answer and a horrid track record.

Scare tactics or public information. We are usually scared of what we want to be scared of, not what some one else thinks we should be scared about. Effective scare tactic's can only be effective if one wants to be scared in the first place.

Last is the threat of remaining a virgin, even when you qualify for Senior Citizen discounts...
