Anger becomes a good thing when you use it as motivation to make positive change. Anger used to hurt others is never a good thing. Anger which motivates revenge in never a good thing. Anger which sits inside you and turns your into an ugly, lonely person, is never, ever a good thing.

Anger is good when it can channeled to do something good.
To get angry and hit someone because they called you a name is lame. To get angry about the homeless situation and go out and do YOUR part is a good manipulation of anger.
