Clean, try bleach, tylex, any other house cleanening stuff, paint thinner, or any other solvent (be carefull with the fumes) and then repaint the surface as needed. If you can deal with that go to the hardware store and ask for some help. Other than that there is nothing you can do besides hanging a painting or making a new window.

If you can find some of the old paint used, you might try using that to fill the mark, or you can mix your own red plus white paint to get pink. Or simply put a poster or sticker on it

This is probably a silly answer, but if you can't get it off, depending on the height
where it is, put a picture there. It would hide it until you figure out a way of fixing
it. I would suggest going to the shop where you bought the paint and tell them
what happened and what got put on it. They will be able to help you, I'm sure.

Why don't you want to paint it? I would think that this would be the best way to get rid of it. If you go to the store and ask, they'll probably just give you a little bit of the color so you can touch it up.

Hmmmm, you did not state what type of mark. If it is ink, dirt, oil, etc, try Goo be Gone! Smells awful, but works

What kind of a mark is it? Is it a scratch? Or is it marker or something?
