I have a Rat Terrier that's almost a year old and I noticed that his "nuts,"....how do I explain this? It kind of looks like there is something else in there with them...like there the two that are supposed to be there, but when you look at my dog from the back there is a extra round ball looking thing. It doesn't hurt him, but I'm not sure if it's normal accurance that can happen? He's going to the vet this week, any ideas on what it could be????

A third testicle is possible. A tumor is another concerning possibility.

If he's going to the vet for a neuter, then the mystery will be solved during surgery.
