I think their are a lot of bridesmaids with no oil in their lamps, and will definitely be surprised to find they are not ready to meet the Bridegroom when He comes.

God is God. God is perfect. Everything He does is perfect. He demands one thing of humans: repent and trust Him and His perfection.

So you're suggesting that someone who refuses to obey Him in favor of continuing to do it wrong would have any place with God? Uh uh. Jesus has His Father's house just about full, tho likely not so much from the U.S. People from other lands are filling it, more from the Middle East than you'll hear about (they, too, are realizing what a crock Islam has become). And when there's the fewest of us possible, Jesus returns and executes the rest for rebellion.

Which side did you say you were on?

If this Heaven and Hell story turns out to be true, than I wouldn't be so sure that those believers are going anywhere with Jesus. The non-believers, having been given proof of God's existence, would no longer be non-believers, and they would not have spent their lives motivated by the expectation of reward and endorsing a divisive philosophy.

No, the only way one would not need to accept Christ, believe in Him, and confess their sins (the whole ABC thing) is if they are completely perfect. Even if a non-Christian lives a 'good' life, it doesn't mean that they are perfect. Sin is what separates us from God. With only one sin against God, Jesus is the only way to heaven.

that's an interesting question, and an opinion to consider, except that Christ said 'I am the way, the truth and the life-no one comes to the Father except thru Me' and 'for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life'

You cannot be saved by works alone. Eph. 2:8-9, "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God. Not by works, lest any man should boast." You must have faith, and because of your faith you should want to do good works which shows that you have faith. But works without faith is nothing

Do you have a relationship with Jesus Christ? Works alone won't cut it and most people who say they are christian probably aren't.

Do you think the stupid questions will ever stop being posted? You need to read the Bible. The answers are there.

Probably. Because it's not what you preach, but what you actually *do* that matters. And most non-believers I know are more Christ-like than most (not all) Christians.
