You can go to a local Wal - mart to get decent paint for cheap, or go to a Sherwin-Williams to get good quality paint, if you don't mind the price tag.

Spray cans are sold in lumber - hardware - general stores, etc - the two best brands are Passano and Krylon.

you can find it at any hardware store, or walmart. But i've found the best varieties are usually at paint stores and/or home improvement stores. ala homedepot and lowes.
