Drugs in the U.S. and Europe regularly do go by different names.
I couldn't find any drug: approved or being investigated for approval in the U.S. by that name.
The FDA has stronger requirements for drugs than in Europe. Since it is not FDA approved, you cannot get this drug.
The NIH only has one mention of this drug on PubMed.
