How can i lose weight fast and still able to eat my favorite foods like beef.?
I don't want to do those weird diet programs or pills like trinspa or the south beach diet...
I was thinking of just eating one meal a day than just two. maybe a snack in the morning when i awake.
any suggestions?

sorry there are no "fast" ways to safely lose weight and keep it off. You didn't become overweight overnight, so you shouldn't expect to lose it overnight either. If you starve yourself you will make matters worse. The best and safest way to lose weight is through sensible eating and exercise. You can still eat your favorite foods, but just not as often and you have to balance your diet accordingly. As a good staring point you should track your diet, then make changes by gradually replacing questionable food choices with health choices. One of the first places to start is by cutting all processed and fried crap. Eat fresh foods. Also try to eliminate or cut calorie dense foods like beans, potatoes, pasta, bread, rice and other cereal grains. Water is very important - drink 80 to 120 oz per day and cut or eliminate soda, alcohol and caffeinated beverages.
Try to exercise for at least 30 min per day. It can be anything that elevates your heart rate like fast walking, jogging, running, rollerblading, rowing, cycling, skipping rope, skiing, swimming, rock climbing, etc
It is recommended that you lose no more than 2lbs per week. Keep in mind that you do have to change your eating habits and/or lifestyle permanently otherwise you'll eventually end up back where you started.
Good luck

Try sparkpeople.com it is free and you can track your calories and nutrition and see what others are doing. They recommend for me around 1600 cal. a day for weight loss. So it depends on your current weight and goals and how much you exercise. You need to eat smaller portions more often to keep your metabolism going. 3 small meals and 2 snacks. If you only eat 1 or 2 meals a day your metabolism will slow down and your body will think it is in starvation mode and hold onto fat. Then if you start eating more again you will gain it back. You need to have balance in your eating to stay healthy and lose weight properly. Also Self Magazine has the Self Challenge right now (Sheryl Crow is on the cover March issue) and they recommend 1600 cal a day and exercise cardio 3 times 30 min and strength train 2 times a week for weight loss to start. You can join this challenge online and it might be motivating for you. I like Sparkpeople better though.

As far as beef, you can eat lean beef such as flank or round.
You want to cut back on portion size. That is the big key.
All diets work, however all diets eventually fail. Why? People get off of the diet and back to their usual way that got them overweight in the first place.
You need to change your life style. That will make all the difference in keeping weight off when you lose pounds.
If you have a slow metabolism than you actually want to eat more. Your body slows down because it thinks you will not replenish it, so it stores it as fat.
If you eat a small meal or snack like every three hours while you're awake that will help stimulate your metabolism.

well, when i was a junior, i wasn't really trying to lose weight but i found something that helped me lose pounds. instead of eating three BIG meals a day, eat like 4 or 5 small meals. Do not undereat necessarily, just don't eat alot in one sitting. And of course, eating a little healthier than you normally would also helps.
You can try that if nothing else. Hopefully it will also work for you!

You can eat your favorite foods and lose weight by eating smaller portions. Also you would want to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day, not 1. It makes your metabolism faster and that burns more calories.

AdvoCare products can help. www.advocare.com/0701761. I would start with ThermoPlus as it speeds up your metabolism and melts your fat. I would then take Catalyst - it burns fat and feeds your muscle. It is exercise in a bottle - . For breakfast I have a meal replacement shake - it has 24 grams of protein and keeps me full til lunch.
