Well, you won't. And I don't see why you'd want one bigger breast while the other remained the same size, anyway.

If you drink lots of tea in your plastic surgeon's office so that he has time to talk you into augmentation surgery, then you will get bigger breasts.
Other than that, you won't get bigger breasts. Asians drink lots of tea, and in general, they have small chests.
Your breast size is determined by genetics, your body fat, and your hormone levels, not by how much tea you drink.

Asians drink lots of tea - no big boobies there...
India - they drink lots of tea - nothing (well, not much)...
Brits drink lots of tea - again, no amazing results...
The only thing I can think of that'll give you bigger breasts is a PLASTIC SURGEON.
