Karma is a sum of all that an individual has done, is currently doing and will do. The results or "fruits" of actions are called karma-phala. Karma is not about retribution, vengeance, punishment or reward, karma simply deals with what is. The effects of all deeds actively create past, present and future experiences, thus making one responsible for one's own life, and the pain and joy it brings to others. In religions that incorporate reincarnation, karma extends through one's present life and all past and future lives as well. It is cumulative

Karma is Hindi philosophy which states in paraphrase "What goes round comes around". In other words, do a bad deed and a bad deed will be done to you in return. Do a good deed and that deed will come back to you. The return will not necessarily be exactly the same, but the essence carries foreword. In Christianity the same idea is expressed, "Do unto others as you would want them to do to you".

Everything you think, say, and do will come back on you in kind in some way - maybe soon or maybe far into your future. It's a balance between you and your effect on the world. All in all, the world is like a mirror image of your intentions and efforts, whether good or bad. If you think about it, you'll see how accurate it is, especially the older you get and are able to look back at how things happened.

karma is basically like cause and effect. If you do good things you get good things back (good karma). If you do bad things, bad things happen to you ( bad karma). The best saying to explain Karma is " what goes around comes around" and "what you give is what get".

Karma is how things work out for you, have you ever heard "what goes around comes back around" ? It basically means Karma, what you do bad will come back to spite you, and what you do good will return the favor for you. It also has to do with how well two people go together, meaning if you have good Karma.

karma is something that comes from eastern religions(Buddhism, Hinduism) and it is the belief that that things u do will affect you later, maybe in this life, maybe in a life to come, for example if you hit someone you may get hit in 10 minutes or if you kill 10 people that life and many lives after that will be miserable. its kinda like the law of gravity although gravity occurs around mass, karma occurs around life. there is much, much more on this topic if you wish to do the research.

KARMA = What goes around comes around.

Pretty much it means if you do something mean to somebody then something bad might just come around and bite you in the *** making you regret what you just did.

For example: lets says your BEST friend likes somebody and he likes her too.....well you get jealous so you find a way to make this guy like you so he won't like her anymore. Well, lets say this guy likes you now and you guys start going out.....well now your friends is COMPLETELY mad at you and oesn't want to be your friend anymore. Well, lets say this boy that you practically stole from your friend cheats on you with the friend that you stole him from and that liked him in the first place. That is called karma because you did a really slit throat thing...which is stealing the guy from your best friend....and now since you did that.....it came right back around and bit you in the *** by that same boy cheating on you with your now ex-best friend which makes you regret everything you did because nopw you are left with no best friend and no boyfriend but your friend that you backstabbed now gets everything she wants.

Karma is based on the belief that your actions good or bad will catch up to you. Hence, be mean and cruel to someone and someday someone will hurt you the same way. and if your actions are virtuous then you will have good things happen to you.

In Christianity, Karma is "you reap what you sow."

The Book of Tobit, which most Protestants don't have - gives us the Golden Rule. Do unto others as you would have done to you.

What you give out will be given back 10 fold. If you give out pain and suffering, you get back pain and suffering. If you give out peace and joy, you will get back peace and joy.
