Whatever they want. Some dress up a little and wear a nice dress while some don't dress up at all and wear jeans. It's whatever!

Whatever you want! It is your wedding after all! Most brides in a courthouse don't wear a big princess-like bridal gown however, because it is small and low key. They might just wear a simple and classy white dress or some type of "business casual" dress or outfit. The groom won't wear a tuxedo but probably a suit. Good Luck!

Anything from a formal wedding gown to shorts and a T-shirt. It depends on the person/couple and their wants.
It does not matter whether the wedding is in the courthouse, in a church, or outside in a field, if the bride wants a formal gown, then there is nothing wrong with it. If the bride wants to wear a swimsuit and purple hair it does nothing but show the brides preference.

A traditional wedding gown and veil would NOT be appropriate at a brief courthouse office wedding.
Most women marrying this way select a nice women's business suit, typically in a pastel color. Another type of dress-up daytime dress (not an evening gown) would also be fine. "Sunday Best" sort of thing.
...Just not all the frou-frou white wedding finery.

A lovely cream colored suit. A beautiful chiffon dress in ivory or beige or a very simple wedding dress. A nice bouquet and something in your hair. Your groom should wear a nice navy or grey suit.

Whatever you want within legal standards. I got married that way on Halloween at a court house in Florida. My husband wore his usual and I dressed up like a fairy.

I would wear a nice, but simple white dress. Like a summer or church dress. But it's whatever you're comfortable wearing.
