when they stare at you?. But then not really talk to you that much. I know these 2 guys who will always smile at me and look at me. But then they wont really talk to me. I am very outgoing, plus i am a year or 2 older then them. How do i get them to flirt with me?

Guys have a weird way sometimes showing that they have an interest in a girl. When they stare they like what they see and wouldnt mind talking to you.. but sometimes they are scared. Sometimes you have to break the ice to make them open up a little. Try saying hi once and a while or ask them if they want to hang out get something to eat or grab a drink then go from there :)

How to get a shy guy to flirt? You could just walk up to them and say 'hello'. Or drop something nearby them or bump into them. And then keep the converation going, don't let it drop.
