help me with this guy who i like and he likes me back but he wont go out wit me unless i color my hair blonde what am i pose to do!?!?!?!?

Don't ever change your looks for a guy! If he likes you now than why would you dye your hair blonde? That makes no sense. I think you should talk to him and ask why he wants you to change your hair color. If it is a weird answer than I think he is not worth going out with even if you really like him. Remember there are other guys out there just waiting for the right one.
