I am just trying to think of what I should generally say, does that sound good? Have other suggestions? Have any better ideas?

I have suggestion, keep workin' on it. lol no offense, but...dude!? Just 'talk' there are a thousand things you can talk about. If your just trying to pick up some girl off the street, then 'good luck with that!'. But if not, then you should know this girl, and know what to say.

Yeah, it sounds okay, but why not go with the flow and be natural. You don't want to sound like you've been rehearsing. Many girls can tell when it's genuine or when it's been practiced and done before. Just be yourself, and ask only about what you are really intersted in hearing about.

ok you better need to change it because that's not good. well maybe. but it's sound's like so confusing you know. well if you try to ask a girl out. simple just go through it and ask her if she have a boyfriend, if not go head and ask her that if she want to go out with you, you know. just ask it
remember first you need to close to her like a friendly then ask. i am sure that she is gonna say "yes"

haha thats how me and my bf got together.....he called me after my trip and i started talkign abotu it and about 2 or 3min he said he boss was on the other line and ask if we could talk about it more over dinner.we have been together for a year...haha so i guess i would go for it....
