By being alive, if God left the world for a second, the whole world would crash and we would all die. Some people think that the world runs like a clock, but it doesn't. God isn't the clockmaker who fixes it or makes it. He is always changing the world.

If you are saved and excepted Jesus as your personal Savior and filled with the Holy Spirit then you will know. By faith you have been filled by a part of God which is the Holy Spirit so He's always there.

Ask him. He will make his presence known to you. By study, prayer, searching the good word, seeking his spirit and in making a sincere, humble effort, he will make himself known to you.

you can feel someone watching you. (even while you take a shower) it's creepy man. But if you don't believe he won't bother you..
