it depends on what kind you're using. they don't restrict movement too too much but i prefer not using one and wearing a jacket like a military style coat. enough pockets and it's easier to move in.

Hmm.. I constantly run without an ipod. What purpose are you working the mile for? Is it for leisure or are you aiming to end first? in case you're working it for leisure, and all you desire to do is to end the mile; then having an ipod on may be super for you:) regardless of the undeniable fact that, in case you're working the mile as a race, then my suggestion may be nor to apply it. you will possibly be able to recover from excited with it and it could impression your run. If I run a mile for a race, I run and that i purely seem immediately forward. All i think of roughly is my respiratory, regardless of the undeniable fact that recently I somewhat have immediately began counting my steps..unusual huh? haha yet while that's a race, the Ipod may be super to get you going before the race. good success!
