Im 21 Height: 5`10" Weight: 185 I dont have Super Genetics, but they are alright. (back in high school I increased my squat max by 80+ lbs in 3 months)

it depends on the level of the trainer.

gains in fat free mass come much easier in the highly untrained individual, as the body is at a point which is furthest from the natural genetic potential for muscle growth.

with the right diet/caloric excess an underweight individual may see 10 lbs on the scale but it won't all be lean body mass it would be a combination of lean muscle tissue, increased cellular hydration and a little body fat

if you do the resreach and learn how to control and feed your body you should have no problem putting on 8-10LBS of muscle in one month. it will be more like 12-15 LBS total but a few Lbs of that will be fat. theres no way around that when you try to bulk up that quick..

I don't know how old you are , how fat or thin you are, how muscly you are now so can't give a definate answer but as a rule of thumb I would say you could times your muscles by one and a half
