PLEASE DON'T I just heard on the news that CHINA is killing dogs by hittingthem on the head and skinning them and selling them to the USA and not telling the publec what kinds of fur your buying....OMG .....THAT'S HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Not anymore. The fur trade in China is hideous. But let's not forget about what happens in our country!! Fur is fur no matter if it is from a dog, cat, raccoon, fox, baby seal, lamb, rabbit, etc. Raising animals under horrid conditions just to get money is sickening! These beautiful creatures deserve to live a life of quality. People are just plain nasty. So greedy and callous. Money is the driving force behind the fur industry. Don't purchase any kind of fur item, real or faux. If the demand drops off, the industry will dry up. HSUS sells pendants FF which means Fur Free! Check them out and support Fur Free!

Seriously.
Number one: I wouldn't buy fur because I don't belive an animal should be killed for their fur.
Number two: Dogs have very loose fur that comes off easily. Why would you want a coat like that?

I never buy fur of any kind. No animal deserves to be killed for its fur. I don't care if it is a dog or fox both deserve to live!

no dont buy fur or wear it as i am an animal rights activist and would never buy fur or wear it . also if i see somebody wearing a fur i make a snide comment loud enough where they can hear it . yes it is horrible .

No I don't and everytime I see someone with a fur on (fake or not) I want to throw red paint on them! And I'm not an animal right activist just an animal lover!

no longer all animals are killed in straight forward terms for the fur quite some the animal is used for various products from puppy foodstuff to the make up you place on and the medicine you're taking or maybe glue even the foodstuff you consume.And the fertilizer your vegetables gardens.

No, I don't. But what makes the lives of these dogs any better than the lives of chickens that are raised in cramped conditions, wallowing in their own ****, only to be killed and eaten. Or, the cows that are being pumped full of steroids so they produce more meat. And FYI... where do you think leather comes from. All life is equal. Killing dogs is no worse than killing cows... For that matter, killing humans is no worse than killing cows, dogs, or any other life.

they are after the leather from the hide..the fur is no good.China has some pretty different ways.If you stop and think...how much leather do you own?shoes?coat?watchstrap? theres more to it than you think
