Well, my grandmother boils her noodles, drains them, then adds shredded cheese and milk. She stirs until covered. THen she puts it in the oven and sprinkles grated cheese on top. Somehow it tastes amazing!

Or I found this recipe online if you wanted more detailed instructions...it's very simple, needs flour, so not as easy as what I first listed. I think I may try this one out.

Easiest way - buy a can of cheddar cheese soup (or you can use cream of mushroom/cream of celery/cream of broccoli if you have that on hand - won't be as cheesy but still good). Boil your noodles. In a sauce pan, add the 1 can of soup, and 1/2 can of milk and the cheese. Stir until heated through and the cheese is melted. Add cooked and drained macaroni and you are good to go.

This is exactly what we do here in Cyprus. We cook the pasta (whatever shape) al dente. Then we grate our local cheese "hellim" (or halloumi), add some dried mint leaves to it and sprinkle lots of it on the pasta. No sauce nothing. It just tastes delicious.
You can use any hard cheese if you cannot find hellim. Bon appetit.

I don't think it's possible to make a cheese sauce without any wet ingredients. Try a little milk with shredded cheddar. Add salt, pepper, and a dash of nutmeg.
