he talks to me and looks at me. not innapropriately. but he also likes to find things that make me laugh, and keep telling them to me, and others. He doesn't really do it to other people.
I like him though, and i have his e-mail. Do you think he likes me? Should i say something, or just walk away?

Send him some funny email forwards that would make him laugh... or just send him a friendly note every now and then so that he knows you think about him. That will make it easier for him to approach you and more comfortable to ask you out. If you walk away, he is going to definitely think you are not interested.

I agree. It does sound like he likes you but I would just be his friend for now. Some guys (me at least) will get kind of thrown off when a girl asks them out. Maybe just set a date - something like, 'if he doesn't ask me out in three months, then I'm going to ask him.' Until then, try to let him know that you like him but DON'T overdue it.

This isn't enough info to know if he likes you or not. For right now as hard as it may be, just be his friend and get closer to him. try not to make a move yet until he does or says something with more meaning.

You never really know for sure, unless you ask. : ) He might be shyer around you than others, but you can't really read people's actions, except when its obvious. Take a chance and ask him, he can't lead you on forever!

You should just talk to him. And if that doesn't give u answers try talking to one of his friends and see if you can get it out of him.

If he isn't asking for your number forget about him. And NO, don't ask for his number. If he can't do a simple thing like ask for your number and make plans with you, then he doesn't like you in that way.
