No! I give everyday by helping people and animals who actually need help. I do not give to churches because I do not know what the money will be used for.
Just the other day a couple, who had gone to a church for assistance, came into a store looking to buy something for supper that night (the church didn't give them but a few cans).
My husband gave the store keeper some money for them.
They were able to get a few groceries.

No, because the "holy" church will just use it for everything BUT what they should be using it for. They receive donation after donation, and you don't see them doing anything with it. They'll fill your mind with brainwashing, contradictory lies, and try to fill you with fear of going to hell and facing eternal torment. No thanks, I do not feel uncomfortable, not one bit.

And if you just look, you'll also notice these priest, pastors, and whatever else they are called, wearing expensive suits, jewelry, and other fine apparel. At least much more fine than the apparel worn by the church-goers!

I only go to church when I'm forced to in order to be polite to the friends of mine who are also unfortunately gullible. As for the collection plate I always take money out of it in order to make up for the time I had to lose listening to garbage, I figure the largest untaxed industry on Earth can afford to pay me for my time.

The Church depends on that. That's why they pass the plate around in the first place.

Not at all. I am not there to impress the ushers. I give if I have it and if I don't have it, God knows. Either way, I'm cool.
