To say release (free) (from custody) the word 'scaoil' would be used.
For the past tense 'He/she was released in September' is 'Scaoileadh amách é/í sa Meán Fómhair'

For the future tense 'He/she will be released in September' is 'Scaoilfear amách é/í sa Mean Fomhair'

Sorry, don't know how to get accents on the letters, there's a fada (a diagonal dash over a vowel) on the e, the i in Mi, and the a in Mhean
