I mean, I'm not really lonely, but sometimes I get the feeling that all of my worldly infuences kinda go away, when I draw close to God, and my Christian ones are pretty inmature, and are annoying to be around sometimes, not all of them are like this though, not only that, but all of my Christian friends live far away and I don't get to hang out with them as much. My question is why is it that God doesn't bless Christians with friends, and the worldly people always have so many?

God does bless Christians with friends, but He can only do that at the appropriate time...

I feel the same way at times, but one thing that I have learned is that God doesn't expect us to be idle people...

And in order to get us to a place of dependence on the Holy spirit, He has to make it quiet first...and that comes from God removing all ungodly influences....and influences of Christian people that aren't as "sound" as God needs them to be....

Don't feel singled out, because my family has been going through the same thing...and I have learned through it all that God is expecting us to tune into the Holy Spirit and spend time in his midst....which is something that I couldn't do because we were so "preoccupied" with friendships...

And I have also learned that God doesn't expect worldly people to have a sound relationship with God....

And in the book Of II Timothy, the Apostle Paul writes about how those that are deceived by Satan are constantly under the "deception" of the world...

And they don't realize the importance of relationship and communion with God

The Bible states that God will have a friend that sticks closer that a brother for you....

That ministry (and life is ministry) is to be done in twos....Meaning with a partnership...relationship...

Then Ecclesiastes states that a three fold cord is not easily broken....

As well as that we should not spend idle time with people...

God will divinely connect you with kingdom minded friends that you will be able to spiritually connect with...and that will take the purpose of life and God seriously...

So, it will change...just work on your communion relationship with God...and He will release that for you in due time....

Oh yeah...

God is a very jealous God...and does not want us to have anything or anyone that goes before a relationship with Him...
It isn't that he won't ever trust us to have relationships, but wants us to respect that as our first relationship...

Also, a comfor for me is also knowing that knowing that God will lead me in my relationship with my friends....and that lead, or guidance can only come from soundly hearing God on how to Love and care for and regard the friends that He places in my life....

We have to be sensitive to His voice...

I pray that helps...because it will be all right...

I have tons of friends, a great exteneded family and a wonderful social life. I do not feel lonely. I strive to know Christ and become acquainted with him.

The trick is to be "in the world" but not "of the world."

You don't need to hang out with Christian friends. Must be a personal problem you have, if you don't find any.
