I also had a insurance company cancell on me for non-payment since they were asking 900 a month from me. Its really bad, How long does it take for all this to be gone and i can get insured again? i want to start driving again asap. But regarding the 12 police ticket's I still havent paid them yet and my license is still suspended. Is there anyway i can take it to court and battle it out say im a student etc?? 8 of those police ticket was giving to be my by this dirty cop that pinned me for everything even small things like having a chrome plate around my license plate.

The first thing you need to do is get your license back and I have no idea how long that might take you. You will probably need to hire an attorney. With 12 tickets, it is not going to be easy. You will likely be without driving privileges for several more years.

If you haven't paid the tickets yet, there is virtually no way you're going to get your license back. As long as that stuff is sitting there on your record, you can't drive.

If you do drive and get caught, you are likely to add more years to the amount of time that your license is suspended.

I would strongly suggest you voluntarily take a safe driving course or whatever type of course your court recommends. You don't seem to understand the responsibility that comes with driving a vehicle and I fear for your life as well as the lives of the people that live in your town until you get it.

As for insurance, you will pay a high premium when you do get your license and the courts will very likely make you prove that you have insurance before they allow you to get your license. However, you are paying the price for things that you did so suck it up and be responsible and pay the piper. No one did this to you. You did it to yourself.

Full time employed will always get a better insurance rate than a student. If you are male and under 35, Insurance is going to cost you for a long time. Comparison shop for insurance and be honest as they can check your record. You do need to have a talk with the clerk of the court and make arrangements to pay. He or she can also set up an appointment with a judge if you can prove the officer was just out to get you. That said, the officer can only "get you" for things that are incorrect or unlawful. They let all these little things go until they stop you for something else and then they may write each thing up and you will get charged. Keep your record clean and time will pass and you will get a fair deal.

As a rule a cop does not start throwing every little ticket at you that they can unless provoked. I have seen this done once to a friend of mine and she deserved it. Her original ticket was for making a left turn from a right turn lane. Then she asked the cop if she could just give him the money and he said "no, just take the ticket and leave." She again offered to pay the ticket on the spot and he issued her a ticket for trying to bribe a cop. She got mad and ripped up both tickets and threw them on the side of the road. He asked her to pick them up and she refused. After much arguing, he issued her a third ticket for littering and another argument started. She ended up with 9 tickets that night and I told her she was lucky she isn't in jail.

I don't know what happened in your case but it usually takes a lot of provocation to get that many tickets. You need to call the court house and go in and try to set up a payment schedule. As far as insurance goes, you can try a no-fault place and see if you can get it lowered but just the fact that your license has been suspened is just cause to raise your rates. You may not be able to get your license renewed because of the points against your driving record. You are going to have trouble getting insurance as long as you don't have a license. This is a vicious cycle you are in.

My advice to you would be to pay the tickets off as soon as you can and then get the drivers license reinstated. At that point you can look into getting insurance on the vehicle you have. But remember that if you have a loan out on the car, it can be repossesed if there is no insurance on it. The insurance on a car that has a loan on it is to make sure that if something happens to the car, the bank will get their payment. So the lender can take the car back if you can not provide insurance for the car. I know, my neighbor just had her car taken because she did not keep up the insurance on it.

Good luck.

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://bitly.im/aNGqR

Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.

You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

First of all, I have to say that I hate when people blame the police for their behaviour. I can't count the number of times I have arrested drunk drivers who tell me that I AM ruining their lives. But I digress......

The fact that you lost your licence had nothing to do with a dirty cop, it had to do with your poor driving habits (accident, running red lights etc, etc?) Here in Ontario Canada, convicitions come off after 4-5 years. It would take at least that long for your insurance to come down as the companies look at your driving record to determine risk. Here in Ontario you could have gone see a Justice of the Peace when you first go the tickets and worked out a payment plan that you could have afforded. Most tickets have a time period after conviction that you can appeal them. If this time period has gone by you may be out of luck as far as court goes. If you licence is important to you, borrow the money (family or money lenders) and pay the fines off, drive decently and after a bit it will pay off.

nana4dakids is right on about the tickets, dirty cop no, uncooperative driver yes.

Call your court house and set up a time to deal with a judge about all the tickets, You might have to pay for some or all just depends. Usually when you follow through with this then your license will be given back but it depends on the judge.

For insurance that might be hard with your record there going to go after ya, Do a search for insurance with a bad record and do a comparsent on insurance.

First thing you need to do is start to pay those tickets. If you don't you will have a warrant out on you. You could talk to a lawer. Shop around for auto insurance. Go to quotewizard.com. They were the cheapest i found. Really cheap for full coverage. Good luck!!!!

wow... good luck... You definitely won't be able to find cheap insurance and saying your a student won't help you at all. They don't care.

The tickets you might still be able to fight and see if the fines can be reduced... but I think there's a time limit and you've probably passed them. You might want to hire someone to help you out. But it's going to cost you.

I hired someone to help me fight a ticket and he charged me $350 and that was apparently a deal. And, there's no guarantee that my fine will be lowered or that the points won't go on my license.

What, you want to tell a judge, I'm a kid and not responsible, so please let me drive and keep doing this stuff?? Are you waiting until you KILL someone before you change your ways?

Honey, give up on the license for now. Wait five years, try again. Meanwhile, get a bus pass and a bicycle.

Accident, 12 tickets, 4 or 5 suspensions??? I don't think they should EVER give you back your license, PERIOD. Not to mention the fact that you call cops dirty, what a winner.

Drivers like you are a threat to the rest of us, you should be ashamed of yourself.
