it is really unhealthy and I totally advised agaist it

But in a week you will lose about 12 pounds

Are you a wrestler? I've lost 3 pounds in one day without my regular training. I've never tried training without eating. A lot depends on your body type. If you are long and skinny, an ectomorph, like me I've lost 10 pounds in a week eating less starches and more fruit. If you are heavy set, an endomorph, you will have trouble losing weight and not eating may actually cause you to not lose weight. If you are muscular, a mesomorph, you can lose maybe 10 pounds in a week. Most people are a combination of 2 types. It's very unhealthy to lose more than 4 or 5 pounds per week.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

im a physical trainer and let me tell u NOT eating causes you to GAIN weight not lose weight!!seriously it slows down ur metabolism and causes u too GAIN weight.u need to speed ur meatbolism up so that it eats away your fat!!try drinking 2-3 cups of green tea a day and watch the magic!!of course dont eat too much...that wont do any good either!trust me this works

Good luck with that! Actually your doctor will tell you that in order to loose weight fast and healthy you need to eat, up to eight times per day and drink lots water. eat please... or else your body will cannibalize its' self. Starting with your muscles. Eat small er meals... eat lots of veggies green ones , chuck the breads and pastries and ice creams etc...

why dont you just die! you will be thin then! and wont have to worry about not eating!

oh and, you wont lose fat first, you will lose muscle, good luck with that! be in a wheelchair as all your muscle has gone though you wanting to lose weight!

I'd say about 2 weeks and you will start to see some results.
