good to eat like i said its pre cooked and it has been in the frig for a couple days

Throw it out - even though it's cooked, you don't know when it was cooked and shouldn't keep it unfrozen for any more than 2 days (even 2 days is pushing it).

Maybe it's a bit dethay in frig by now...so if in doubt chuck it out! :-)
