You sound bitter against God. I'm sorry if you've had any prior experiences that have made you think of God in a negative light. I know I used to feel this way but associated God with--obviously--religious people who were, as all humans, imperfect and, as I would put it, hypocrites (aren't we all!).
I hope you find your peace with God. Asking such a question on Yahoo! Answers won't do much for you-I think you'd have something better to do to seek out and pacify your inner qualms about a relationship with God.

Depends upon your point of view. God can bless you with the good sense to seek out the assistance of modern technology and have you find a dentist capable of performing the necessary repairs. In that sense, God can help you. We owe everything to Him and he will help us. He inspires scientists and provides to the world, increased technology.

God could give you the ability and encouragement to make money and go to a dentist and get it filled, if you pray SINCERELY enough
