Yes,1 hour behind the Caribbean,Eg ( Jamaica, Cayman,Cuba & the western section Hispaniola or the country "Haiti") These islands are in the western section of the West Indies,the eastern Caribbean States are 2 hours ahead of you due to their more distant location to the east.
Take this into consideration that Daylight saving time may also affect,time difference of were you live and so forth.The Caribbean in the Western Hemisphere has a 4 - 5 hour time difference in term of Geenwich Satandard time,so in simple terms the Eastern caribbean will always be an hour a head,do the math,and remember to take daylight saving time into account.
