Olive oil may do it too. Next time run vaseline all around the edge of your face and neck near your hairline before you dye your hair. Any spills should then just rub off.

Leave it.When I highlighted my hair dark red,I had that spot of red on my skin, and I left it.It dissapeared within the next week or so.But the next time you do this, just put vaseline, around your hair line so the dye wont run.

Nailvarnish remover. Make sure not to get it in your eyes though. You might have to use the cotton wool with the nailvarnish remover several times before it fades.
