I've not spoken to my close female friend for 4 months as we got to close.I told her that I wanted no contact so that I could get over my feelings for her. SHE ONLY WANTED TO BE FRIENDS!
We 3 WEEKS AGO at a friends party,we spoke a lot,but she still looked hurt+uncomfortable at times.
Today I asked her if I could add her as my friend on Facebook(via email)THATS ALL I ASKED,NOTHING ELSE.She wrote bck: asking how I am,what she done on her wkn and said I can add her "as a friend lol"
I said how I was and asked NO questions about herself-
SHE WROTE BACK AGAIN, saying I should be having fun with the ladies and to join her appreciation society!Wrote back saying I've been having fun wth other girls-too much fun!
She didn't reply to that email-though I asked how her dancing is going-WHY NO REPLY??
I'm shocked as she said via txt 4 weeks ago that the friendship is OVER!!!Did she mean what she wrote in the txt???
Is the friendship restarting??? A POSITIVE SIGN???

I am lost now is she your friend or not? a friend is there all the time, this lady seems muddled , a friend in need is a friend indeed there are loads of people who need friends try to get new friends have a break, let her go see if she misses you.what will be will be good luck with finding new friends

Please do not delude yourself or us, you went out of your way to contact her, then tried to wind her up with your other girls comment, then you are now sat over thinking everything again! I am worried for your state of mind these days, you seem to have a serious inability to let things go and move on with your life. Do you really wanna be one of those guys who can't let go and ends up making a pathetic idiot of himself whenever a girl doesn't like him or they split up? Because that is where you are headed.
She doesn't like you like that, she probably never will, this is life, this **** happens. You MUST learn that that is the way it is, and to walk away from her completely, until you are actually over it.
You mustn'y contact her, you musn't speak to her, you mustn't think of seriously lame reasons to email her. You must just get on with it, and then one day when enough time has passed she will think you are actually over it more than likely make conatct to be 'just friends' herself. And you might just be able to do that as well.
But don't try and make out that you are over it and just wanna be friends etc, because I remember enough of your other quite frankly scary questions when you were in the grip of your obsession, and you are not fooling me.

MOVE ON - if she is confused about what you want, let her ask. Sounds like she likes to assume instead, which is not a good trait. She sounds kinda flaky.

it sounds like she needed time to work out her feelings she obviously cares about you to txt u bk and by asking how you are i wud really ask her whats going on so neither of you are confused x
