Hmmm I find that caffeine makes me break out so I don't drink more then one drink in a day. I think it's different for all people. It has something to do with the hormones and that's what cause acne in the first place. <3
Sincerely, Caitlin

I think the practical answer is that you will have to try it for yourself. Although dermatologists say that foods do not cause breakouts, from my experience they do cause breakouts for me. Try not drinking or eating the food in question for a couple of weeks and pay attention to your complexion. If you have noticeable improvement, you might want to stop drinking it to keep your skin clear. If not, then you can resume your drinking =)

Unless you have allergies , food and drinks will not cause rashes or outbreaks. According to books I have read keeping you hands and face clean with the proper soap / cleanser will help reduce your acne and outbreaks.

everybody always says that certain foods mkae you break out. I asked my dermatologist, and this is NOT true. No food can make you break out. just make sure you wash your hands before you touch your face.

Food and drink do not break you out - changing hormones do.
