Muscles do not turn into fat. They are two different cell types. Yes you can loose muscle. Your body will get rid of it if its not used. Muscle requires a lot of energy from the body so your body will rid itself of muscle tissue that is not needed.

No muscle does not turn to fat, but you have to maintain the exercise that got you the muscles to begin with or the muscles will go. If you don't maintain, but eat he same you will often times gain weight because you are not burning the calories you used to.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

No. Muscles cannot turn into fat.
Muscles can atrophy and get smaller if you are starving.
