There is this guy I like and he is awesome but every time I am about to ask him out one of his friends comes over and pulls him away. Also, I am not so sure how to ask him about it because I am sooooo self concious!!

I'm a girl and I do that too when I know a guy likes me.
It's sort of a way to test them, to see if they really like you.

ok, if you say its a friend that pulls him away, maybe it's that his friend doesn't want you two to date, it might also be that you just wait too long to ask, make it more obvious that your interested, keep his attention with that if your waiting for the perfect moment, but you'll realize sooner or later there are no perfect moment, It's cool to goof up, it only matters to people who are insecure and pride themselves on perfection. Just let it rolls out when you get the chance to talk to him. You might be surprised what happens from there. Have a good date

Guys don't play games. If he was genuinely interested in you, he would let you know. He's not into you. Not interested.
His friend is doing what he want him to do: get him out of an awkward situation.
Please but the book " He's just not into you" by Greg baron.
It will save from making a lot of mistakes , prevent hurt feelings a save you from wasting time on men who are not genuinely interested in knowing you.

If you boost any guy's ego like that it's over. Me personally I like a challenge once I know I can get the girl the thrill of the chase is over and it's not fun anymore.
