i sleep on a mattress on the floor and lately my back has been killing me

i tried sleeping with a pillow between my legs but that didnt work

im only 20 too

this is freakin lame

Lay flat on the floor, draw your legs up to your chest, hold them with your arms and rock side to side.This helps stretch the back muscles.Also use moist heat on your back.I use this all the time.It helps me.

Try sleeping on a Conventional Bed and see what Happens. Maybe the Mattress on the Floor is to Hard for youre Body and is causing you Pain.
The Problem could be youre Mattress if you had it a long time. Most people after a while have to turn there Mattresses over as a Hole forms in it and becomes uncomfortable. Not everybody can stand a hard Mattress. Did you Strain youre Back lately think back in youre mind sometimes you forget about it afterwhile especially if it is several Monthes it can come back at you afterwards persistently. It could be a Draught from a Faulty Window or Door ,have you enough Blankets or proper Duffet for the Cold in youre Locality. Get a check up it could be a Health Problem. Good Luck.

there's this elastic belt you put around your waist that supposebly helps you can buy it at your local pharmacy
