Yep, and he rested on the seventh day even though he wasn't tired. I think he did it more for our benefit, because we get a free day just like he did (Saturday) and it was all based on creation.

A day, was meant to mean a time period, not 24 or 12 hours.
That time period is not expecially specified. It might have been 6 million years, 6 Billion years. But even if it took that long to build this planet, and all the things here. Isn't that still a miracle?
Just like if you told someone, Hey, I'll be back in just a second! Does it really take you a second to do everything you need to do? NO! So because of that, you are not real? Just because someone says that the satement of time is not exact or uses a shrotcut for getting an idea across, then God is not real?
You may not believe in him, but he believe's in you.

In the Bible it says a day to God is like 1,000 years to us. So time is explained differently. There has been approximately 6,000 years since the creation of Adam and Eve at the end of the sixth day.
So far this day is 6,0000 years long and add the 1,000 yr. millennium brings us to 7,000. So if the 7th day is 7,000 years long, the other six creative days also were 7,000 years long.
So we are at 48,000 years since he began working on the earth for us. Of course the earth is millions of years old.
Many people take the clues in the Bible to mean that this is the re-creation, the second time he has created life here, because He flooded a world wide rebellion way before Adam and Eve...Look up Gap theory.

Yes He did, but on who's calendar. Being that God isn't in time like us, those 6 days could mean something different to our 24 hour days. All I can say is God is bad, because there's no way you can think something just boomed and the Universe was created. That's makes no sense.

What's the most impressive is how he made those six days take 4 billion years,or maybe he only works one day every 650 million years,it would explain alot.

Yes, and seeded it with false evidence to confuse evolutionists. Fake fossils, dinosaurs, he was very busy.
So busy he got mixed up when he wrote the bible and thought he had put the earth in the center of the universe and had the sun rotate around it.

The Bible says that God spoke the world into existence. He didn't need a big bang to make it.

Yes but the Bible says a day can be a (thousand) million years to God. That gives His Big Bang a chance to settle down and start to evolve. @80) Yes, I am a Christian.
