You might have overlooked the four jets on the wings. Only the B-36 has six engines on the trailing edges. (The [X/Y]B-35 comes close, but has only four engines).
It sure was a beast and I wonder what the sound was when it flew. As they say, 6 turns and 4 burns

That's the B36 of course and like the others said you should go see that monster at the Air Force Museum in Dayton. You're walking around looking at the exhibits and you look up and realise you're standing under the wing. I don't use the word awesome and in fact try to avoid it but in this case it fits. Six turnin and four burnin. This plane was truly a giant and I hear that the sound it made was unmistakable. Too bad there are no flying examples. The prop engines were not counter rotating , but the B35 Flying wing did have trailing edge or pusher props and in that case they were counter rotating. These were the major flaw in the B35.

American Bomber with 6 engines , push-prop design would be the Convair B-36 Peacemaker.
However the B-36 did not have counter rotating propellers.
Only opperational Bomber with counter rotating propellers is the russian Tupolev Tu-95 Bear. This had 4 turboprops, in the Pull-prop config.

The B-36 had 6 pusher props and 4 GE47 jet engines. It was designed to fly from the US to Germany and back at the end of WW2. As it turned out the war ended and the B-36 was replaced by the 6 jet B-47

The B-36. Props were counter-rotating rather than contra-rotating as might be implied. Never dropped a bomb or fired a shot in anger - hence the nickname 'The Peacemaker'!
