I just read a food lable for a bag of crushed nuts ( topping for mc donnalds sunday ) It saied
INGREDIENTS: Peanuts, dry roasted. Allergen information: may contain nuts.

.... is could say for sure contains nuts whats with the may contain nuts.
Maybe its standard languadge for Allergan information but it still tickles me a little.

that is funny.....or when a box of cereal shows cereal in a bowl and it says "serving suggestion" ha ha

What use to get me was when Pepsi would advertise Diet Pepsi being 1 calorie, yet on the label, total calories per serving read 0.

Yeah! Off the track a little, but it's laughable that they still list instrutions on bottles of shampoo. If you need directions (wash, rinse, wash again, rinse) then maybe you shouldn't be near the faucet or shower by yourself.

this may not be a food label but the funniest thing along those lines that i have seen reads:

"EAT KIDS FREE!"

it was on a meun at a local RubyTuesdays!

they usually say "may contain traces of nuts" because they use them in all chocolate

And, why do they list ingredients that are not in the item?
I don't want to know what's not in it!
