Iran should be allowed. As a Farsi speaker I could never find that quote about annihilating Israel allegedly made by Iran, quite odd, only in English, quite odd indeed. I did find a mistranslation though, even odder. I agree israel was one of the first terrorist states in the middle east. I've seen video of ' settlers ' spitting on and kicking Christians saying how they would like to kill them, imagine how they treat the Muslims. Personally I think Jews are very nice people, but militant zionist fascists however are another matter

Israel has fought many wars after having supposed nuclear weapons. Have any ever been used? This includes the Yom Kippur War of 1973, where there was a distinct chance that Israel would lose. If Israel does have nuclear weapons, then it has shown amazing constraint. Can you really say that Iran would do the same? Last I checked, Iran wholeheartedly supported destroying Israel. Would I get in a card game if only 1 person had a gun?? Of course I would! Typically my card games don't end in shootouts. Do yours? If so, that would explain why we don't want you to have nuclear weapons. "Israel was one of the first terrorists in the Middle East"- what does that mean? Countries cannot be terrorists. They can support terrorists -which Israel does not and never did- but countries cannot be terrorists. Israel is the only true democracy in the Middle East, so no I don't think America should cut ties with Israel.

somewhat no clarification why no longer And its irrelevent no count if or no longer israel has them Thats the entire element of being a sovereign united states of america. you establish what you will do, no person else (no count if or no longer iran having nuclear weapons is physically powerful for the soundness of the middle east is yet another question) yet despite happens it wont be the fault of iran - The UN+US created the mess by making use of coming up the state of israel, ANY effects of this are the accountability of the UN and US. no person elses. the U. S. recommendations-set in all conflicts has constantly been "might is physically powerful - see you later as we've the might and you dont"

Israel did not sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty
Iran did.
As such Iran promised not to have nuclear weapons.
Nations like Israel, India, and Pakistan made no such promise

Israel probably has nuclear weapons but will not admit it. Think about this, If you took away the weapons from the states that want to kill and destroy Israel there would be peace in the middle east. If you took away the weapons from the Israelis they would be dead. Now does that answer your question?

Simple answer to an ingenuous question: Israel is not repeatedly calling for the annihilation of Iran. You have heard Iran calling for Israel's annihilation, haven't you? And that is not merely destruction, but obliteration to the point of non-existence. Oh, by the way, the UN isn't even enforcing its own rules which state that no member of the UN (e.g., Iran) may call for the destruction of another member of the UN (e.g., Israel.)
Besides, who says Israel has a nuclear weapon?

Well Iran can not have nuclear weapons because they have signed the nuclea non proliferation treaty, which allows them to have a nuclear program as long as it is in civilian purposes...nuclear weapons are forbidden...Israel refuses to sign the NNPT,so no one can verify if they have or have not nukes..and we all know that Israel is denying having any nuclear weapon...

Israel has nuclear weapons because the entire Mideast wants them exterminated.
Would you start carrying some kind of weapon and be prepared to use it if thugs constantly threatened to kill you and your family and the police would do nothing about it or would you just let them kill you without a fight?

If Israel has a nuclear weapon, it is for defense. Iran's intentions are purely offensive. That's good enough for me.

regardless of what side you are on- I think we can all agree that:
If the the surrounding arab states put down their weapons and threats, peace would break out in the middle east.
If Israel put down their weapons they would be slaughtered.
