A man in a scuba diving suit is found on the top of a burning tree in the forest, dead. How did he get there?

he was diving in a nearby lake and a helicopter picked him up along with some water and dumped it on the fire

The helicopter sucked water out of some body of water and sucked the scuba diver with the water. It went to a burning tree and dumped the water along with the diver on the tree. And the guy died.

He was a paranoid passenger on a plane and the plane started to plummet, so he got into his scuba gear and jumped! But he was stupid so he didn't notice there was no water beneath. The tree was on fire because of the crash.
I'm not at all sure of my answer but that's the first thing that came to my mind!

ther was a flood and then he was lifted up by it right and then it wwent down and then the forest started burnning and the he fell on the tree and died!!
