The abuse is just a symptom of a deeper problem. The touching is a way to make up for hurting you. Sounds like he is also hurting you when he is touching. If both the abuse and the touching are unwanted you need to tell him that in front of a trusted adult, hopefully his father or better yet, your mother. Get an adult involved. That's what they are 4.

Get the heck away from that guy and call the authorities. Don't let him do that to you. Same thing happened to me when I was 14. I thought that maybe he didn't mean to do it or he didn't know his own strength. I never told my parents about it, but I told my guy friends just in case he started going psycho or something and I just stayed away from him as much as possible. (we had classes together in school) I asked not to be seated by him & stuff. I told a few of my teachers and they accommodated my requests.

If you mean hit like beat you up or abuse, then get away from him. No one has the right to hit on another person. If it is not this, then make yourself more clear. Good Luck.

From what I understand...you say your ex is hitting you?! I'd say stay away from them, and avoid them as much as possible.

REPORT HIM! Report him to a teacher, your parents, an adult that is close by. Report him to the police!
His behaviour is unacceptable!

You either hit the mofo back... get your friends to jump him.
Tell him to stop
Or just tell an adult.
