fill their office with balloons.
turn the volume up all the way on the computer speakers.
cover everything in their office with tinfoil or plastic wrap.
remove their phone cords that connect the base to the handset (if they have that kind of phone)and then call them repeatedly.

well here's the best one I have tryed (and worked).
you put bengay (or any type of muscle heat rub) on the toilet seat or all toilet seats in the bathroom(s)
and then you give then a laxitive cookie or brownie or something.
they eat the laxitive filled food and then they rush to the bathroom and sit on the toilet and than they feel the muscle rub and they can't get up (due to major poopage) and they will begin to feel their but cheeks burning. while you die of laughter.
it's hularious. I did this one when he put tooth pase in my coffee and told me that it was a new flavor of coffee and I had to try it.

Test for smoking weed.
Add salt instead of sugar to his breaktime tea and if he doesnt comment, then he had a puff at break...
