It`s simple! We guys are easy to deal with:
use merely your breasts and your tong.
Use both smartly. And gently.
With your tong: try his ears. Neck is fine too.
However, as positively the only thing in his mind is getting a BJ, lift up his shirt and go down slowly from his chest down to the lower stomach. Make him feel that you`re on your way to the right place (but don`t get there!). You`ll make him crazy.
With your breast it`s easier: No rules. Let him feel them, and the more the merrier.
