it's ok i will still answer your question and besides it is a health question!! Any ways, yes it is possible. very dangerous and serious but it happened to my auntie about 7 years ago she was in the hospital for a long time and she had to learn to walk again. she is fine now though. why do you ask?

Any crushing accident can crack the pelvic girdle. I know a woman who also cracked her pubic bone giving birth. Actually shatter, like glass? I don't think so, just crack it in half or break one of your hip bones (the part of your pelvis that comes close to your hip). I guess if you were crushed badly enough, it could break into several pieces. Having brittle bone disease or osteoporosis would make it more likely to break in more places.
