I'm not sure about clarifying shampoos but I think they are for getting rid of styling product build up. That doesnt seem to be your problem.
If I was you, I'd consider changing the way you wash your hair. When you apply shampoo, just use a small amount and try to restrict it to the hair close to your scalp, the greasy area. Instead of squidging it all through the whole length of hair, restricting it like this means its chemicals dont add to the drying out problem you have for the ends. The effect of rinsing it through the rest of the hair when you are rinsing is enough to clean the general length of your hair.
When you apply conditioner, do it the other way around. Just apply it to the ends of the hair, up to the area where the greasyness usually ends. This means you are treating the bit of hair which needs it, rather than overloading the bit which doesnt.
I hope this helps!

clarifying shampoo isn't designed to reduce oiliness. It's supposed to remove build-up of other products you use on your hair that leave a residue behind., like styling gels, mousse, hairspray, etc. But rinsing your hair with a vinegar solution will help both problems. Use your regular shampoo, rinse thoroughly. Then use about two tablespoons of regular vinegar in two cups of warm water, and pour it over your hair. Rinse again with lots of clear warm water. If you use a conditioner on your hair, only put it on the ends, don't treat your whole head with it.

A lot of times it will work with any shampoos, as long as you rotate them. Buy 3 bottles and change every week or two then go back to the first.

Are you 100% it's oily? Is it your scalp or hair? Try dishwashing detergent, that will strip all the essential oils out of your hair, make sure to use cool water.

you can use baking soda. it takes out all of the buildup in your hair. too many hair products can make your hair feel/ look like crap. so be careful with all of the things you use and make sure theyre benefiting and not damaging your hair.
