What is the highest amount you should lose in 2 months?

I am guessing --- pounds? At 2.5 pounds per week x 8 weeks = 20 healthy pounds.
It will take alot of work!!! The payoff is worth it though!

the slower you lose the weight, the more likely you are to keep it off. A pound a week is probably the best, but up to 2 is still healthy. You might lose more at first, but it should level out to 1-2. So, I'd say that about 10 pounds is pretty reasonable and healthy.
