I don't know why you're putting it in quotes, but what the hell. The big toe, depending on the person attached to it, can be deliciously sexy and suckable. However, it could also be lumpy and have a strange fungus growing on it. But this is relatively rare.

The one on my right foot is all manky due to a freak accident where I stubbed my toe under the sofa, breaking it and then having to have the nail taken off which resulted in weeks on crutches but nice time off school
