Activity level has nothing to do with it. I heard once from some people that were listening to some nutritional vitamin supplement guru talk about taking vitamins and the prevention of disease.
The bottom line is: it is far better to have expensive pee every day then to have disease build up in your body over time, and then have huge hospital and medical bills later that you and your family would not want to endure. Grant it we can not control what potential diseases may be passed down to you from your family. But you can take a simple multi vitamin and it will help keep you going.

Being active or non active, we all need extra vitamins, but don't forget minerals too. We just don't get enough by eating right, the nutrients are depleted from all the food.

Well, if you're active but say, don't eat oranges, or get a lot of vitamin C, Ya it would be a good idea to get a supplement then.
