For example, if the government wanted to separate children from parents, would you submit?

Would you turn in your firearms, if this became law?

Would you be microchipped?

Would you resist and die, or is life so dear that you would obey any order?

Quite honestly, I have been seriously checking out other countries to immigrate to lately.

Like the smart Jews who left Germany in the 1930's.

You can just feel the decline coming. Bush's presidency is a downward benchmark.

I would not submit if the govt wanted to separate children from their parents. Although the parenting generation of today probably would.

No I would not turn in my firearm even if it became law.

I might be micro-chipped if I thought what was on the microchip was not all that private. or a way to keep track of me.

I would probably be a resister. I have had a good life to this point and if it meant that now I had to submit to a dictator or die, I would probably go down fighting.

I'd like to think I'd resist. But you really don't have any idea what you'd do until it happens. A good example is the eminent domain issue. Has anyone jumped in to help these people that the gov't stole their land in order to sell it to private developers. No!! Did anyone try to help the Davidians in Waco, TX several years ago? No! The stupid people believed the crap the gov't told them about the Davidians. If all the stuff you mentioned happens slowly enough and I believe it will most people want even notice. The people will only read in the news how some gun nut had an illegal firearm and resisted arrest and now he and his whole family are dead.

Government must not be allowed to separate the parents from the children because it will destroy the sanctity of families.

Responsible people must be allowed to possess firearms for security purposes and legitimate activities like sports.

People must be protected from being intruded to through wire tapping because it is a violation of privacy.

We will probably get a chance to see how far we will let it go, in the near future. Once we have another big "Pearl Harbor like event" (PNAC) the Constitution will "likely be discarded in favor of martial law" (Tommy Franks).

All dissenters will be rounded up, at gunpoint, and re-educated.

Absolutely, emphatically NO to all but the last question. Yes, I would resist and die.
