You aren't fat, your friends are too skinny.

First of all, the minimum (healthy) weight for someone your height is 106. You're only like 8 pounds from that so you're hardly fat...
But if you want to loose a few pounds any of the following things will work.

Make sure you drink at least 6 glasses of water a day, drink one right before every meal, don't eat ANY fast food, including salads or things you think maybe healthy. Eat fresh fruits and veggies EVERYDAY and try to get some excercise. 20 minutes a day will be enough, walking, bike riding... something.

Being shorter you will always show a few pounds easier than taller people. If your friends are a lot taller than you, you need to remember that they have it much easier as far as looking thin goes and that there are stupid people everywhere who think they have the right to say what ever they want no matter how rude it is. It just means they are insecure and unhappy with themselves.

Honey,
you are not fat you just have a terrible self image of yourself. Look at all the pretty popular girls you know what the main thing they have that you don't is ( confidence). If you belive your hot and just as good as anyone elese so will everyone else. Also when you get confidence it changes the way you look and present yourself. If you really want to lose a few pounds just stop drinking pop or eating sugar. I am 5'2" and I weighed between 115 and 105 in high school. I thought I was fat but looking back I was just as skinny and usually skinnyer than the other girls. I could have had anyguy I wanted and eventually did when I got alittle self esteem. I hope you see yourself for the hottie you are why you are still young enough to fully enjoy it ;)

At 5'a million" an customary weight may be a hundred and five (a hundred pounds for 5 ft, and 5 pounds an inch after that), so which you're actually not that lots over that ideal weight, and in no way fat! 9 or ten pounds isn't quite some extra beneficial weight, yet once you desire to lose it, purely decrease out junk foodstuff and sugared sodas, decrease back on snacks, shrink your element sizes, and shop energetic...you ought to trim down stunning away.

Eat lots of fruits and veggies, fresh or frozen. Drink lots of water throughout the day. This will dampen your appetite. Get some exercise no matter how little. They say now exercise is cumulative so like walking for ten minutes three times a day is just as effective as walking for thirty minutes straight. Eat lean meat, especially chicken and fish, not breaded or fried and without skin. Go to SmartPeople.com. They have a FREE web site where you can see how much you should weigh and track your weight, your measurements, your goals, your eating and there are so many nice people on that website just like you who you can chat with and get support from. And good for you to start eating healthier! By the way, your weight doesn't sound very much overweight.

This may surprise you but you are in fact clinically the ideal weight for your height! So, if your friends are much smaller than you I would be more concerned about THEIR weight.

If I thought you were overweight I WOULD tell you...but I can't because you are not. Please don't get into this dieting kick that so many young girls are getting into.

So, next time someone calls you fat...tell them you are the ideal weight and it's clinically proven!

Ps. I have just read the other answers. Alin Alinter's answer is very very dangerous....this can make you physically very unwell and no doctor would ever recommend a diet like this. You see, if you eat too few calories, you will not grow properly and your body will start burning off muscle. That's not good.

Okay, for one, I know plenty of people who weigh a lot more than you. I have a friend (who just turned 15) and she weighs 130 lbs. But if you're really insecure, and you're doing this to make you feel better about yourself and not to try and make others accept you, then you could try exercise and things like that. If you're used to having more than one serving at meals, just have one. And I heard that just simply eating three meals a day, no more, no less, can help you lose weight. And drinking milk. Okay, that aside, you really need to stop all of this low self-esteem stuff. Do you always put yourself down like that? "I think I am the fattest of all my friends." Don't whine about it or put yourself down, just say, "I think I really am beautiful, and maybe I'm not the skinniest person, but I'm going to do something about it."

With your height and weight you are not fat. If your worried try doing some exercises that will tone u up
sit-ups each night
or ask your gym teacher to show you some exercises to help you with weight loss. She will be able to tell you if you need to loose weight and what your best recourse is.

It's really a hard question to be specific in Q&A as there as so many factors.

Good Luck

OMG you are not fat!! the doctor recomended MINIMUM weight is 105!! so i wouldnt try to get under that...not healthy. if they call you fat that means they are insecure about their weight. just dont listen to insults. as long as you are healthy is doesnt matter!! but if you just want to be healthier then try a sport. i LOVE volleyball!! lots of exercise and SUPER fun!! swimming, whatever you like!! and cut down on calories... if you are craving something salty try a rice cake (the salt and butter kind are my favorite) and if you want something sweet try a fruit smoothie! try to burn atleast 200 calories a day ( on the days you dont SERIOUSLY work out!) hope you are successful!!

DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYONE WHO TELLS YOU TO STOP EATING OR GAG YOURSELF!! it isnt healthy and it will make you gain weight. your body goes into storage mode and every calorie you eat is stored as fat. also while exercise will help you with your goal exersicing too much is also a problem!! it is a new disorder. some people exercise so much that their bodies dont have enough calories to function!! be careful. if your not sure about what is or isnt healthy go to a doctor. they can give you tips that are much better than anything you will fid on the internet!! be careful. dont try and lose weight just focus on getting healthier! GOO LUCK!

You are not too fat for life! Your only 14 and Im sure you're not done growing yet. Once you get a few inches taller everything will be proportioned especially if you still weigh around 114. Don't worry about it, at 5'1" and 114 I don't imagine that your fat.

don't starve yourself because when you do you body feels hungry and starts to store fat, which makes you fatter. don't go on a diet because you have to have strong will and if you don't then you will gain all that weight back again. cut down on food junk food slowly. replace that food with healthy food like apples and carrots. start going to the gym or just run a mile everyday then slowly increase the amount. always look at the serving size of the food. check the calories. hope this helps
:D
