I'd like to know what type of work out to do now to get in shape for Mountain biking this summer.

Get out there and bike! But seriously, if you're really in a position where you can't go out, get a trainer and ride in your home while watching some wicked videos (like Roam!) to keep you pumped.

Using an exercise bike would be the obvious choice

you should dress up warm and go over mud trails or if u mean mountain climbs (ride up mountain) you shouldnt dress as warm as if u were on mud trails cos u would get too hot so its best to dress not as warm...i also recomend putting powerful lights on your bikes as it gets dark quickly and most of all BE CAREFUL!!!
